For Paola, wine is much more than a hobby. Her travels often revolve around visiting wineries and discovering hidden gems, with a special love for small, lesser-known producers. Germany has captured her heart with its Rieslings in all styles and elegant Spätburgunders. Besides that, she has a soft spot for Cabernet Franc and Blaufränkisch; distinctive varietals that never fail to excite her. Paola has completed SDEN-3 and enjoys sharing her love for wine through informal tastings with friends and colleagues. Pairing wine and food is one of her favorite things to play around with, there’s always something new to discover.
