Bon Vivant 2021 Rosé – VINVIN Wines.
In this review we are highlighting a rosé wine from France’s Pays D’Oc region. A rosé wine made from Grenache, exclusively for VINVIN Wines.
This rosé is labeled as Pays D’Oc IGP and created as a homage to this sunny wine region in the South of France. A region that is known for producing a large variety of sun loving grapes (up to 33 varieties are permitted), along the Mediterranean coast.

About the Wine
Bon Vivant is their trade mark rosé wine, as mentioned produced in the Pays D’Oc and made from 100% Grenache.
This refreshing rosé bursts fruit and herbal notes. In the glass it shows a lively colour, followed by a nose of red fruit and those typical forest smell, the Provence herbs, grasses and bushes referred to the locals as “garrigue”. An adventurous start, that is continued on the palette.
Here you taste the warm sun and dry climate that formed the grapes, but also the freshness provided by the Mediterranean. The wine has a firm body and some nice tannins, giving it good balance and intensity. This makes it a good candidate for food pairings, think gazpacho, tapas and rich salads. Ending with a long finish you are set for another glass when the first one runs out.
This rosé is part of this month’s VINVIN Favourite Box, and also available by the bottle. You can find it through this link. Available in The Netherlands for €9,94 per individual bottle.
